In their illustrious career, the Goo Goo Dolls have evolved from a scrappy punk-influenced trio into the platinum-selling, chart-topping act behind such radio staples as “Name,” “Iris,” “Slide,” and “Here Is Gone.” It goes without saying that the superstar band has achieved the kind of success others dream for in their career- but it certainly wasn’t handed to them!

The Goo Goo Dolls: John Rzeznik, Robby Takac and Mike Malinin, are known as one of the hardest working bands in music today, and based on the their current whirlwind promotional tour, and upcoming events over the next several weeks, they look forward to cementing that reputation in solid fashion. The highlight, of course, will be the release of the Goo Goo Dolls eighth album Let Love In, on April 25. It’s an album of hope, perspective and an open heart-- which features the anthemic hit “Better Days,” a rousing cover of “Give A Little Bit,” and the emotional new single “Stay With You.”

Already on the road for the last week, the Goos intend to visit some 21 cities in a little over a month where they will perform for fans, contest winners and the media as well as sit in on, and perform on various morning radio shows. It’s a jam-packed schedule and a fan’s dream come true as the band will be more accessible to them more than ever before.

Look for the Goo Goo Dolls making appearances on a variety of national television shows. They will be on Late Night with Conan O'Brien April 27th, Regis & Kelly April 28th, Tony Danza Show May 3rd, and the Tonight Show with Jay Leno for their record breaking fourteenth time on May 15th.
